What We are Doing to Keep Our Customers and Employees Safe

Bloom Botanics LTD cares for the safety of its employees and customers. As of one week before the official UK lock-down began, Bloom Botanics LTD carried out and maintained a series of measures to ensure its customers safety. While still supplying the CBD our customers rely on.

This includes:

1) Reduced Warehouse staffing and extended warehouse operation hours.

  • This reduced the the people involved in the picking and packing process to minimise contact while avoiding drops in service.
  • employees were provided and wore masks while picking and packing
  • All employees washed their before and after shifts,and before and after any breaks taken.
  • All employees in contact with third parties ( couriers ect.) carried out strict social distancing practises and washed hands before and after contact with 3rd parties
2) Social distancing was enforced in the warehouse All employees were made to stay at home and quarantine for 14 days if they found themselves to have any related symptoms to Covid-19.
3) All Office based staff Now work remotely
4) All new inventory is left for 48 hours to decontaminate  before restocking.
  • To prevent infecting employees and them indirectly infecting the customer
5) Regular cleaning of warehouse facility.

How Does COVID-19 Effect Shipping?

 All orders ordered before 2pm are being fulfilled daily as normal. then being dispatch at 2:45pm everyday.

Delays (as of 04/06/2020)

Their is an increased load on Royal Mails system due to COVID-19 and this has led to some delays. Similar delays are experienced with third party couriers.

Average delays have been as follows:
UK customers - 1 day extra on shipping on average
ROI customers - 1 days extra on shipping on average
EU customers - 4 days extra on shipping on average

Claims for UK orders cannot be made until 10 working days after dispatch. (We have not yet had to make any of these during this period)

Claims for EU orders cannot be made until 30 days after dispatch. (We have not yet had to make any of these during this period)
